2012 SEE Symposium Industrial Exhibit Information

Dear Potential Exhibitor,

The 2012 Single Event Effects Symposium (SEE) will be held April 3-5, 2012 at the Marriott Hotel in La Jolla, CA. Previous Symposia have attracted 130-150 professionals working on issues associated with the space radiation environment and radiation effects.

Space is available for Industrial Exhibits at a cost of $1,500.00 per exhibit. The space dimensions are approximately 10'x 8' with two exhibitor personnel allowed per booth (additional exhibitor personnel may be added for $100.00 each). Exhibits will be for one day (Tuesday) April 3, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with breaks TBD.

Exhibitors will receive:

  • 2 admissions to the exhibit and reception
  • 1 Technical Program registration (non-transferable)
  • A link to their company/organizational web site posted on the new SEE Symposium website

Booths will be available and reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Symposium is supported by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the NASA Electronic Parts and Packaging Program, The Aerospace Corporation, the Naval Research Laboratory and Vanderbilt University.
