SEE SYMPOSIUM / MAPLD 2013 Exhibitor Information

The 2013 SEE MAPLD (Single Event Effects and Military and Aerospace Programmable Logic Devices) joint exhibits are now open to purchase!  This is the first year SEE and MAPLD have been combined and we expect 125-175 attendees to this April 9-12, 2013 event to be held at the Marriott Hotel, La Jolla, California (near San Diego). 

Exhibit space includes a six-foot skirted table and two  chairs  (electricity can be provided), 1 technical non-transferable registration and 2 admissions to the exhibit and reception, along with a link to your company website.  Two morning and 1 afternoon break, 2 lunches and a reception are planned to allow attendees to visit the exhibits. We recommend a table top display versus a large pop-up booth.  NOTE: one exhibit space per company and exhibit tables will be assigned by the conference in order of receipt of payment.

Tentative plans for set-up, exhibit hours and tear down are:
Set-up:                 Wednesday, April 10, 7:30 - 10:00 am
Hours:                  Wednesday, April 10, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (with reception 5:30 - 8:00 pm)
                            Thursday, April 11, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Tear down:         Thursday, April 11, 1:00 - 3:00 pm
