Single Event Effect (SEE) Test Schedule

We perform Single Event Effect (SEE) testing on just about anything in the realm of electronics & photonics (DRAM, FIFO, microprocessors, ADCs, fiber optics,...). Old and current test reports are still making their way online, but most reports are available. A list of devices we've tested is also available, with links to the test reports. If you have a candidate device for testing, please contact Ken LaBel.

We normally perform SEE testing at Brookhaven National Laboratory SEUTF (BNL - heavy ion), Lawrence Berkeley Labs 88" Cyclotron (LBL - heavy ion), Texas A & M University Cyclotron (heavy ion), Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI - proton) (OK, so I only wish we could test here...), University of California at Davis Crocker Nuclear Lab (UCD - proton), Indiana University Cyclotron (IU - proton), and Michigan State University National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory. Total Dose (TD) testing is performed on center at NASA/Goddard's Cobalt-60 source.
