Cheryl J. Marshall


Cheryl J. Marshall, is a research physicist in the Radiation Effects & Analysis Group. Her research efforts include displacement damage and single event effects in microelectronic and photonic devices, with an emphasis on emerging sensor technologies. She has provided technical support to various satellite programs, and authored/co-authored over 90 papers in the last dozen years or so. Prior to coming to GSFC, Cheryl worked at the Naval Research Laboratory.
