Exhibitors receive:
· 2 admissions to the exhibit and reception

· A link to their company/organizational web site posted on the SEE Symposium web site (links above)

Thank you for exhibiting at the Seventeenth Annual Single Event Effects (SEE) Symposium. The Symposium will be held at the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel in Long Beach, CA, April 15-17, 2008.

Please do not have shipments arrive before Monday, April 7th. Labeling your shipments 1 of 4 (2 of 4 etc.) is recommended so they know how many to expect for your booth. You will be responsible for out-bound shipping.

You will be responsible for out-bound shipping. Please make sure you bring your bill of lading, the hotel will call your carrier to pick-up the shipment, but they do not have shipping labels. Make sure you have your account number on your bill of lading!
Outbound shipments will ship out Wednesday AM, April 16, 2008.
